Happy October! It’s been a while.  I am going back to a great cardio home workout video program called TurboFire, to get back in shape. I am currently at 146 lbs. It is slow going, but building a strong cardio conditioning core, so it is how I am feeling and fitting into my clothes, rather than a number on the scale. I am working on getting to a fit and healthy 130 pds. This is a long standing goal… I plan to do 12 weeks of TurboFire and have another program in place, instead of stopping and letting things go.

It’s all about staying healthy and maintaining when I hit my goal so I will complete a round of 120 days for this program. My focus is on eating clean at least 85% of the time. Weight goes up and down, but I want to end that cycle, by keeping consistent and be fit for life! I will then be clearly be at my goal and happily healthy. It’s not about the number on the scale, it’s how I am getting stronger and fit! What’s your focus this week? Don’t forget we can work together! Happy December!   It’s been a while.. I went back to my trusty strength training, cardio and flexibility home video program called ChaLean Extreme to get back in shape in August of 2016…...

I have gone from 162 pounds to 154 at the end of that in early Dec. Slow going, but building muscle, so it is how I am feeling and fitting into my clothes, rather than a number on the scale. I am working on getting to a fit and healthy 130 pds.  This is a long standing goal… I’d get to a better weight, but would stop after my program ended so I let things go and got back up to 162 (my heaviest ever!)….But this time, instead of emotional eating and getting out of control again,  I then went into another program  and now I am at 148! This time it is a 4 week program (Rocking Body) so that will get me through the rest of December and for the New Year I’ve got another program in mind to help me get to my goal by Spring!… I’ll let you know in January!  😉                     It’s all about staying healthy and maintaining when I hit my goal so I completed this round of 120 days for Chalean Extreme program (I was done by early December) and currently doing Rocking Body.

My focus is on eating clean at least 85% of the time. Weight goes up and down, but I want to end that cycle, by keeping consistent and be fit for life! I will then be clearly be at my goal and happily healthy. It’s not about the number on the scale, it’s how I am getting stronger and fit! What’s your focus this week? Can’t believe it’s November!   I had a wake up call in June as a visit with my doctor for a yearly check in revealed very bad sugar and cholesteral levels and basicalliy I was told if I don’t improve my numbers and I go back to see her in December, there will be talk about diabetes and/ or cholesterol medication! That is not going to happen, so I went back to my trusty strength training, cardio and flexibility home video program called ChaLean Extreme to get back in shape.  I started in early August.  It’s all about staying healthy and maintaining when I hit my goal so I am going to complete this round of 120 days for this program (will be done by early December). My focus is on eating clean at least 85% of the time. Weight goes up and down, but I want to end that cycle, by keeping consistent and be fit for life! I will then be clearly be at my goal and happily healthy. It’s not about the number on the scale, it’s how I am getting stronger and fit! What’s your focus this week? HOPE YOU ARE ALL HAVING A GOOD HOLIDAY SEASON!  I’m coming along well and want to keep this in check all winter.  It may sound slow and distressing, but I am happy because it is best for your body to do this slow and steady and build muscle along the way….

I’ve gone from my highest weight of 154 to 142.   It’s all about staying healthy and maintaining when I hit my goal so I am going to complete this round of 90 days for this program. HOPE YOU HAD A GREAT THANKSGIVING ALL!  I enjoyed an apple pie treat and kept the rest of the week on track, as much as possible. I’m coming along well and want to keep this in check all winter.

HAVE A GREAT THANKSGIVING ALL!  Enjoy the famiily and food, and it will be a “rest” day for me…. I won’t overindulge but I will enjoy a treat and keep the rest of the this week on track, I’m coming along well and want to keep this in check all winter.

What are your struggles?  I had a wedding to attend and my nutrition wasn’t perfect this week, so I fluctuated up 1 pd. from last week, but no big deal! Weight goes up and down, but I want to end that cycle, by keeping consistent and be fit for life! So it is good focus this week and I’ll be fine….I will then be clearly be at my goal and happily healthy by early wintertime. It’s not about the number on the scale, it’s how I am getting stronger and fit!  What’s your focus this week? Don’t forget we can work together!
