I hope all is well. Back in February 2014 I started a strength training, cardio and flexibility home video program called ChaLean Extreme and loved it!  The problem is that after I did well with it, I stopped exercising and went to comfort food. I’m only human, and have my personal reasons as to how this happened, but I basically gained weight back quickly.  So now I have to do this or I am going to be in trouble with my cholesterol and sugar levels.  It’s all about staying healthy and maintaining when I hit my goal so I am going to do another round of 90 days starting this week. My focus is on eating clean at least 85% of the time! What are your struggles?  weight goes up and down, but I want to end that cycle, by keeping consistent and be fit for life! I will then be clearly be at my goal and happily healthy by early wintertime. It’s not about the number on the scale, it’s how I am getting stronger and fit!  What’s your focus this week? Don’t forget we can work together! I am excited that I host a “Fit Club” at my local church in Fitchburg, MA. It is free and open to all fitness levels and will be from 2 – 3 pm on Mondays starting back up in September 2014!… It’s a great way to work out together and keep accountable…. Take aways:   Yes, nuts have calories, but they can easily be incorporated into a healthy diet when eaten in proper portions. A 2011 study in the Journal of The American College of Nutrition backs this up, with researchers finding that nut consumers, especially tree-nut consumers (think almonds, pecans and pistachios) had a lower BMI and smaller waist circumference compared to non-consumers.

I am excited to announce that I will be hosting a “Fit Club” at my local church in Fitchburg, MA.  It is free and open to all fitness levels and will be from 2 – 3 pm on Mondays starting the Monday after Labor Day!… It’s a great way to work out together and keep accountable…. July 30th update

Been doing well in July so far!   Started the week strong with a Turbo Jam workout….I am down 5 pounds and am at 143! (from 148 earlier this month).  So what’s working since July 1st, is what I’ll continue to do!  What’s your focus this week? Don’t forget we can work together through this summer and make it a healthy safe one!  Image

Here are the 2 options:

First ask me to add you to my facebook group (you’ll then be able to check in with that group all the time to post notes/concerns/questions and we can keep each other accountable!) and then choose 1 or 2 options:

Purchase 1 of several Challenge packs that includes a fitness program and a supply of Shakeology meal replacement shake (Home direct shipped to your door)—

My Journey to 120!

May 20th, 2013…..  This is me graduating from Grad School in 2006!  Yes, it’s been that long already, and time flies…. I am on a journey to be 120 lbs by October…. My current is 142 pounds.  This is truly a lifestyle change and a motivator for me to ensure my future years are healthy and I can inspire others.  Follow my journey, I had success with this in the past, and let myself go off track, so this is my way of getting back on board and gaining an appreciation for life!  Stay healthy, my friends.   Check out my short introduction video and let me know what you think:
