Happy October! It’s been a while.  I am going back to a great cardio home workout video program called TurboFire, to get back in shape. I am currently at 146 lbs. It is slow going, but building a strong cardio conditioning core, so it is how I am feeling and fitting into my clothes, rather than a number on the scale. I am working on getting to a fit and healthy 130 pds. This is a long standing goal… I plan to do 12 weeks of TurboFire and have another program in place, instead of stopping and letting things go.

It’s all about staying healthy and maintaining when I hit my goal so I will complete a round of 120 days for this program. My focus is on eating clean at least 85% of the time. Weight goes up and down, but I want to end that cycle, by keeping consistent and be fit for life! I will then be clearly be at my goal and happily healthy. It’s not about the number on the scale, it’s how I am getting stronger and fit! What’s your focus this week? Don’t forget we can work together! 23Happy November!   I have been back to my trusty strength training, cardio and flexibility home video program called ChaLean Extreme to get back in shape.  I started in early August.  I have gone from 161 pounds to 150! Doesn’t sound like much, but building muscle, so it is how I am feeling and fitting into my clothes, rather than a number on the scale. I am working on getting to a fit and healthy 130 pds. 

It’s all about staying healthy and maintaining when I hit my goal so I am going to complete this round of 120 days for this program (will be done by early December). My focus is on eating clean at least 85% of the time. Weight goes up and down, but I want to end that cycle, by keeping consistent and be fit for life! I will then be clearly be at my goal and happily healthy. It’s not about the number on the scale, it’s how I am getting stronger and fit! What’s your focus this week? HOPE YOU ARE ALL HAVING A GOOD HOLIDAY SEASON!  I’m coming along well and want to keep this in check all winter.  It may sound slow and distressing, but I am happy because it is best for your body to do this slow and steady and build muscle along the way….

Yes! After my 12th full week of a strength training, cardio and flexibility home video program called ChaLean Extreme, I’ve lost 12 pounds! I’ve gone from my highest weight of 154 to 142.   It’s all about staying healthy and maintaining when I hit my goal so I am going to complete this round of 90 days for this program. HAVE A GREAT THANKSGIVING ALL!  Enjoy the famiily and food, and it will be a “rest” day for me…. I won’t overindulge but I will enjoy a treat and keep the rest of the this week on track, I’m coming along well and want to keep this in check all winter.

I hope all is well. Back in February 2014 I started a strength training, cardio and flexibility home video program called ChaLean Extreme and loved it!  The problem is that after I did well with it, I stopped exercising and went to comfort food. I’m only human, and have my personal reasons as to how this happened, but I basically gained weight back quickly.  So now I have to do this or I am going to be in trouble with my cholesterol and sugar levels.  It’s all about staying healthy and maintaining when I hit my goal so I am going to do another round of 90 days starting this week. I hope all is well. Back in February 2014 I started a strength training, cardio and flexibility home video program called ChaLean Extreme and loved it!  Unfortunately, I stopped after I finished the 90 days program, and went to comfort food and was not taking care of myself. So in short, I gained weight back after that hard work.  I had my personal issues to why this happened, but in effect, I need to get back to where I was, or my sugar and cholesterol levels are going through the roof and then I’m in for more serious health issues. So I am going to start this 90 day program again, and I know it works and I need to keep with it after I’m done and continue a long term lifestyle change. So follow my 153 pounds currently and how I lose the weight to lose a goal of 20 pounds……..It’s all about staying healthy and maintaining when I hit my goal so I am going to do another round of 90 days starting this week, then I will clearly be at my goal and happily healthy by early wintertime. It’s not about the number on the scale, it’s how I am getting stronger and fit! What’s your focus this week? Don’t forget we can work together! Things that stands out for me seem pretty clear:  Don’t Skip Breakfast and eat fish at least once a week, for the Omega 3 fatty acids to keep the heart healthy…..

So what’s working since July 1st, is what I’ll continue to do!  It’s all about staying healthy and maintaining when I hit my goal….What’s your focus this week? Don’t forget we can work together! 8/12/13 Update- my journey to 120 lbs

I did well in July and am rocking August so far!  I  started the week strong with a Hip Hop ABs workout….I am down 8 pounds and am at 140!

(from 148 earlier in July).  So what’s working since July 1st, is what I’ll continue to do!  It’s all about staying healthy and maintaining when I hit my goal….What’s your focus this week? Don’t forget we can work together through this summer and make it a healthy safe one!
