I did well in July and am rocking August so far! I started the week strong with a Hip Hop ABs workout….I am down 8 pounds and am at 140!
(from 148 earlier in July). So what’s working since July 1st, is what I’ll continue to do! It’s all about staying healthy and maintaining when I hit my goal….What’s your focus this week? Don’t forget we can work together through this summer and make it a healthy safe one!
