Can’t believe it’s June! I’ve been struggling big time and have not done any workouts and eating terrible crap for months now, (emotional eating, put it that way!) I had a wake up call as a visit with my doctor for a yearly check in revealed very bad sugar and cholesteral levels and basicalliy I was told if I don’t improve my numbers and I go back to see her in December, there will be talk about diabetes and/ or cholesterol medication! That is not going to happen, so I am going for my trusty strength training, cardio and flexibility home video program called ChaLean Extreme for 90 days to get back in shape. It’s all about staying healthy and maintaining when I hit my goal so I am going to complete this round of 90 days for this program. My focus is on eating clean at least 85% of the time. Weight goes up and down, but I want to end that cycle, by keeping consistent and be fit for life! I will then be clearly be at my goal and happily healthy. It’s not about the number on the scale, it’s how I am getting stronger and fit! What’s your focus this week? Don’t forget we can work together!
