12/19/16 Wellness Entry

Happy December!   It’s been a while.. I went back to my trusty strength training, cardio and flexibility home video program called ChaLean Extreme to get back in shape in August of 2016…...

I have gone from 162 pounds to 154 at the end of that in early Dec. Slow going, but building muscle, so it is how I am feeling and fitting into my clothes, rather than a number on the scale. I am working on getting to a fit and healthy 130 pds.  This is a long standing goal… I’d get to a better weight, but would stop after my program ended so I let things go and got back up to 162 (my heaviest ever!)….But this time, instead of emotional eating and getting out of control again,  I then went into another program  and now I am at 148! This time it is a 4 week program (Rocking Body) so that will get me through the rest of December and for the New Year I’ve got another program in mind to help me get to my goal by Spring!… I’ll let you know in January!  😉                     It’s all about staying healthy and maintaining when I hit my goal so I completed this round of 120 days for Chalean Extreme program (I was done by early December) and currently doing Rocking Body.

My focus is on eating clean at least 85% of the time. Weight goes up and down, but I want to end that cycle, by keeping consistent and be fit for life! I will then be clearly be at my goal and happily healthy. It’s not about the number on the scale, it’s how I am getting stronger and fit! What’s your focus this week? Can’t believe it’s June!  I’ve been struggling big time and have not done any workouts and eating terrible crap for months now, (emotional eating, put it that way!)  I had a wake up call as a visit with my doctor for a yearly check in revealed very bad sugar and cholesteral levels and basicalliy I was told if I don’t improve my numbers and I go back to see her in December, there will be talk about diabetes and/ or cholesterol medication! That is not going to happen, so I am going for my trusty strength training, cardio and flexibility home video program called ChaLean Extreme for 90 days to get back in shape.   It’s all about staying healthy and maintaining when I hit my goal so I am going to complete this round of 90 days for this program. My focus is on eating clean at least 85% of the time. Weight goes up and down, but I want to end that cycle, by keeping consistent and be fit for life! Yes! After my third full week of a strength training, cardio and flexibility home video program called ChaLean Extreme, I’ve lost 4 pounds! I’ve gone from my highest weight of 154 to 150.   It’s all about staying healthy and maintaining when I hit my goal so I am going to complete this round of 90 days for this program. My focus is on eating clean at least 85% of the time. What are your struggles?  weight goes up and down, but I want to end that cycle, by keeping consistent and be fit for life! I will then be clearly be at my goal and happily healthy by early wintertime. It’s not about the number on the scale, it’s how I am getting stronger and fit!  What’s your focus this week? Don’t forget we can work together! I am excited that I host a “Fit Club” at my local church in Fitchburg, MA. It is free and open to all fitness levels and will be from 2 – 3 pm on Mondays starting back up in October 2014!… It’s a great way to work out together and keep accountable…. 8/12/13 Update- my journey to 120 lbs

I did well in July and am rocking August so far!  I  started the week strong with a Hip Hop ABs workout….I am down 8 pounds and am at 140!

(from 148 earlier in July).  So what’s working since July 1st, is what I’ll continue to do!  It’s all about staying healthy and maintaining when I hit my goal….What’s your focus this week? Don’t forget we can work together through this summer and make it a healthy safe one!

Here are the 2 options:

First ask me to add you to my facebook group (you’ll then be able to check in with that group all the time to post notes/concerns/questions and we can keep each other accountable!) and then choose 1 or 2 options:

Option# 1

Purchase 1 of several Challenge packs that includes a fitness program and a supply of Shakeology meal replacement shake (Home direct shipped to your door)—

and order through there by finding the shop banner, that leads you to the store and look for challenge packs….for example: There are packs with a choice of hip hop abs, turbo jam, brazil butt lift, slim in 6, or power 90 fitness programs and shakeology flavor of your choice.

Order a fitness program of your choice OR Order Shakeology Home Direct from my site if you don’t want both the program and shake in option 1.

Then I will work with you as we go on this journey to improving your health! Ask me questions to learn more or pass this along to those you may feel are interested.
