I’m coming along well and want to keep this in check all winter.  I am going for my trusty strength training, cardio and flexibility home video program called ChaLean Extreme for 90 days to get back in shape, starting this week.   It’s all about staying healthy and maintaining when I hit my goal so I am going to complete this round of 90 days for this program. My focus is on eating clean at least 85% of the time. Weight goes up and down, but I want to end that cycle, by keeping consistent and be fit for life! I will then be clearly be at my goal and happily healthy. It’s not about the number on the scale, it’s how I am getting stronger and fit! What’s your focus this week?
