Yes! After my 12th full week of a strength training, cardio and flexibility home video program called ChaLean Extreme, I’ve lost 12 pounds! I’ve gone from my highest weight of 154 to 142. It’s all about staying healthy and maintaining when I hit my goal so I am going to complete this round of 90 days for this program. My focus is on eating clean at least 85% of the time. Moving on and focusing hard this week! What are your struggles? Weight goes up and down, but I want to end that cycle, by keeping consistent and be fit for life! I will then be clearly be at my goal and happily healthy by winter time. It’s not about the number on the scale, it’s how I am getting stronger and fit! What’s your focus this week?
