HAVE A GREAT THANKSGIVING ALL! Enjoy the famiily and food, and it will be a “rest” day for me…. I won’t overindulge but I will enjoy a treat and keep the rest of the this week on track, I’m coming along well and want to keep this in check all winter.
Yes! After my 10th full week of a strength training, cardio and flexibility home video program called ChaLean Extreme, I’ve lost 11 pounds! I’ve gone from my highest weight of 154 to 143. It’s all about staying healthy and maintaining when I hit my goal so I am going to complete this round of 90 days for this program. My focus is on eating clean at least 85% of the time. Moving on and focusing hard this week! What are your struggles? Weight goes up and down, but I want to end that cycle, by keeping consistent and be fit for life! I will then be clearly be at my goal and happily healthy by winter time. It’s not about the number on the scale, it’s how I am getting stronger and fit! What’s your focus this week? Don’t forget we can work together! I am excited that I host a “Fit Club” at my local church in Fitchburg, MA. It is free and open to all fitness levels and will be from 2 – 3 pm on Mondays starting back up in January 2015!… It’s a great way to work out together and keep accountable….
