Yes! After my third full week of a strength training, cardio and flexibility home video program called ChaLean Extreme, I’ve lost 4 pounds! I’ve gone from my highest weight of 154 to 150. It’s all about staying healthy and maintaining when I hit my goal so I am going to complete this round of 90 days for this program. My focus is on eating clean at least 85% of the time. What are your struggles? weight goes up and down, but I want to end that cycle, by keeping consistent and be fit for life! I will then be clearly be at my goal and happily healthy by early wintertime. It’s not about the number on the scale, it’s how I am getting stronger and fit! What’s your focus this week? Don’t forget we can work together! I am excited that I host a “Fit Club” at my local church in Fitchburg, MA. It is free and open to all fitness levels and will be from 2 – 3 pm on Mondays starting back up in October 2014!… It’s a great way to work out together and keep accountable….
