So what’s working since July 1st, is what I’ll continue to do!  It’s all about staying healthy and maintaining when I hit my goal….What’s your focus this week? Don’t forget we can work together! I am excited to announce that I will be hosting a “Fit Club” at my local church in Fitchburg, MA.  It is free and open to all fitness levels and will be from 2 – 3 pm on Mondays starting Sept 16th!… It’s a great way to work out together and keep accountable…. Make it a healthy thing for the community to do!  So check it out, and please tell others in the area about it….
