May 20th, 2013….. This is me graduating from Grad School in 2006! Yes, it’s been that long already, and time flies…. I am on a journey to be 120 lbs by October…. My current is 142 pounds. This is truly a lifestyle change and a motivator for me to ensure my future years are healthy and I can inspire others. Follow my journey, I had success with this in the past, and let myself go off track, so this is my way of getting back on board and gaining an appreciation for life! Stay healthy, my friends.
